The SFP-MR2.5-BX-45/54 transceivers are fully compliant with the latest industrial SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and IEEEE 802.3ah for Gigabit Ethernet 1000Base-BX. They support data rate from 100 Mb/s up to 2.5 Gb/s and can be used in Ethernet, ATM, SONET or FTTx applications. The transceivers operate bi-directionally on single fiber at wavelengths of 1490 nm and 1550 nm for maximum reach.
The modules are hot pluggable and support up to 80 km transmission on SM fiber.
