Description

The SFP-3GM CWDM transceivers are fully compliant with the latest industrial SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA). They support Serial Digital Interface (SDI) bitrates from 270M to 2,97G in accordance with the standards described by the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE).

Digital diagnostics functions according to SFF-8472 allows real-time access to parameters such as transceiver temperature, laser bias current, transmitted optical power, received optical power and transceiver supply voltage.

CWDM modules operate at Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM) wavelengths. There are 8 wavelengths available from 1471nm to 1611nm with 20nm channel spacing. The CWDM characteristics are fully compliant to the wavelength parameters specified in ITU-T standard G.694.2.
