Description

The QSFP-DD 400G SR8 transceiver is a 400 Gbit/s pluggable module for optical data communications such as 400GBASE Ethernet. The transceiver operates with eight parallel data streams of 53.125 Gbps in order to provide an aggregated signaling rate of 425 Gbps. The module has an MPO16 male connector and uses eight fiber pairs to create the four data lanes.

The module is fully compliant with all QSFP-DD related MSA’s and Digital Diagnostic functions are available through an I2C interface. QDD-400G-SR8 complies with IEEE 802.3 and 400Gbase-SR8.
